Matt is our high flying licensed drone pilot, finally all those hours with a video game controller in his hands put to good use. He loves Johnna, new little boy Kuiper, his dogs and all things IPA.

When Amanda isn't behind the camera you'll probably find her with her horse Oliver. She loves the outdoors and her dream day just might be on a horse, on a mountain, on a video shoot.
Frequently Asked Questions
General
Q: What types of videos do you produce?
A: We create a range of content including brand stories, case studies, documentaries, fundraising and “ask” videos, event recaps, social media content, training videos, and TV/digital spots.
Q: Who do you typically work with?
A: We partner with nonprofits, small and mid-sized businesses, agencies, and corporate teams—anyone who needs clear, compelling visual storytelling.
Q: Where are you based, and do you travel?
A: We’re based in Omaha, NE, and we regularly travel for productions. Travel costs are scoped and approved in advance.

Process
Q: What does your production process look like?
A: We follow three main phases:
-
Pre-production (strategy, scripting, scheduling),
-
Production (filming on location or in studio),
-
Post-production (editing, sound, graphics, and delivery).
Q: How involved do we need to be?
A: As involved as you want to be. We’ll lead the process, but we’ll ask for your input at key milestones: concept approval, script/outlines, and cut reviews.

Pricing and Scope
Q: How do you price your projects?
A: We price by project based on scope—pre-production needs, shoot days, crew size, locations, travel, and post-production complexity. We provide a detailed proposal before we begin.
Q: What’s included in your estimate?
A: Generally: pre-production planning, filming, basic lighting/audio, editing, licensed music, simple graphics, and one round of revisions. Anything outside that is clearly itemized.

Creative and Content
Q: Can you help with scripting and story development?
A: Absolutely. We can handle everything from high-level messaging to full scripts and interview questions.
Q: Do you provide voiceover and on-screen talent?
A: Yes. We can source and direct professional voiceover artists and on-screen talent, or work with your team members as the faces of the brand.
Q: Can you incorporate our existing footage or photos?
A: In many cases, yes. We’ll review your assets for quality and compatibility, then integrate what makes sense.

Logistics
Q: What do we need to provide before you start?
A: A clear goal for the video, target audience, key messages, brand guidelines, any deadlines, and a primary point of contact for approvals.
Q: How many people are on your crew?
A: It depends on the project. A small shoot may only require a two-person crew; larger productions may include additional camera operators, audio, and production support.
Q: Do you use drones?
A: Yes, when appropriate and legally permitted, we use licensed operators. We currently have the state of the art Mavic 4 Pro

Revisions, Deliverables, and Usage
Q: Who owns the footage and final videos?
A: Typically, you own the final edited videos, and we retain rights to raw footage unless otherwise agreed.
Q: Can you create shorter social media cuts from the main video?
A: Yes. We can plan deliverables so you receive a primary video plus multiple cutdowns for different platforms. We can even includ Moxie Minis.

A: An agreed upon scope and a 50% deposit of the project total, with the balance due on delivery.
